What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged: there’s no card on file. Everything you set up stays: your events, marks and notes. Uploads, calendar sync, Callie and Grades pause until you choose a way to pay, then pick up right where you left off.
How do I cancel?
Monthly can be stopped from Settings at any time, and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. Semester and Academic year are single payments that don’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of paying. Request it from Settings and tell us why; the team reviews each request. After 7 days you can still stop Pro, without a refund, and your events, grades and notes stay.
Can I switch how I pay?
Yes, from Settings. What you’ve already paid counts toward the new option.
Is it worth it on a student budget?
The trial lets you set up your whole term before you pay anything: 3 syllabus uploads (the last one unlocks when you finish CalenDue’s short tour). After that, Semester is $15 for the term, about $3.75 a month, and Academic year is $35.
Why is it the same number in Canadian and US dollars?
So the price is simple wherever you are: a $15 Semester is $15 CAD or $15 USD.
